Critiques
I think the best in this picture is the model. I don't say because YOU are the model. I say it because this (as well as The Patient) are pictures where everything lies on the model's shoulder. Hence, the pose and the expression are everything, and seeing that amount of expression both in the face and the hands add a lot to the picture.
However, there are things that contribute to make this a work of art. Not only is the color palette terribly well chosen, but the cigar post process is flawless, and lends an immediate atmosphere to what's inside the frame. The wardrobe, while very basic, is extremely suggestive in it's own vintage way, and succeeds on setting a whole ambience that might have been lost if it weren't there.
A fantastic picture, with a great ambience, fantastic model and outstanding execution.
