Provocateur

I find this a very striking image and strong initial appeal.
I like the general lighting and colouring with good separation from the background.

I am struck by the strong lines and mixture of black and skin colours.

I find the overall image is sensual, beautiful, intriguing, provocative and challenging.

Looking at the image in more detail, I look at the face and the expression which is not immeditately clear, but my eye is continually drawn to the body, legs and crotch before returning to the face to try and work out what is going on.

There seems to be a definate confident, looking at or interest in something maybe with a hint of worry or concern?

Then looking down the the open leg pose with gorgeous legs, shapes and curves, very womanly, sexy, sensual; they speak of being very comfortable, relaxed and confident, which works against and submissive position from being low down.

However this seems to conflict with the bust which seems to be mishapen, distorted, very uncomfortable and almost cruel with the tighness of the cups pushing into the breasts pushing them up and out for presentation.

The image does not come across as submissive or dominant but not does is seem neutral so I find it intriguing but very attractive to look at because of the shapes, expression and beauty of it.

I would appreciate some context to enable me to make sense of it but then maybe the lack of sense is part of its appeal to me.

The subject looks stunningly beautiful and this images certainly leaves me wanting to see more of her in a series of different looks and poses.

Technically I like the lighting giving strong shadows but with a softness that reveals the beautiful shapes and curves. I like the close cropping which intensifies the image and like the depth.

The one thing I would consider changing is her left arm/elbow - it seems to be an un-natural angle not in keeping with the rest of the image.
