CommentsI think this is something very different from you, and I really like it. Your posture says "cold" and "vulnerable" to me, with your upper body leaning forward and arms wrapped around your own torso. I almost wish you could see a little bit of breath coming from your mouth.
I'm not too wild about the framing. Since your leaning forward, the "action" in the image is toward the right side of the image; this is where the extra "whitespace" needs to be, in my opinion. Then again, capturing your whole torso without cropping into your back is pretty necessary as well. Hmm. I can't help but wonder what this image would look like in sepia--it would be a nice contrast between the cold mood and the warm sepia tones. -- "It's never too late to become what you may have been." --George Eliot |
