Me and some of my essential bits and bobs for a good day: a cigarette to destroy my health, dissecting instruments to destroy someone else's health; the skulls of the siamese skulls I ripped out of my cousin's stomach with said dissecting instruments whilst smoking the cigarette; the skull of the unidentified carnivore that mauled the siamese foetus while I cleaned the dissecting instruments whilst smoking the cigarette; the key to my cousin's apartment I had to use on the day I ripped out the siamese foetus using the dissecting instruments, before the unidentified carnivore mauled it whilst I smoked a cigarette; and the fencing mask I had to use during the operation to rip out the siamese foetus with my dissecting instruments that the unidentified carnivore mauled while I smoked a cigarette after i used to key to get into my cousin's apartment.
